I bought "Life" windows and sliding doors from the Alps in 1999, 2000, the company was acquired and the new entity not recognized safety.

Complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and the Department of Consumer Affairs in Washington. You can also solve a little heat in contact with them for their television stations to local problems. Who usually gets their attention.
