I have a little knot inside my earlobe from getting my ears pierced...is that normal? - knot earrings

I have had my ears pierced 4 weeks ago, and I have the earrings and my ears clean and, if I have in the news, I set out in it as a small group within each of my lobes had drilled. Is this normal? is only part of the ear is pierced healingfrom? I have new earrings in my ears already.
