How much would it cost for porcelain veneers done on your visible teeth on average? - porcelain veneers before and after

I plates for my girlfriend made before our wedding, and I would like you visualized her teeth smile, as a surprise. I have no idea what it will cost (although I hope it is high). Who knows what would be the cost? I am in PA. I also have a dental plan through MetLife, but not sure whether it expand, and plates or not.
