Which Is Better: London Zoo or Whipsnade Zoo? - london zoo map

I'm going to London Zoo this weekend, but it struck me that Whipsnade is closer, I do not know if it's so good. He seems to have more animals than I can say, but this does not necessarily mean better, I think. So I was wondering if anyone a good idea of what had the best and why.

Thank you =]

Whipsnade is very good. I just nearby. They have not only a large zoo, but also excellent views over London time playing.
I worked there for a summer job at the school for many years.
The zoo is very large, has a wide variety of animals, and most of them place much bigger and better than the London Zoo.
Bison Hill borders the grounds of the bison in a zoo gates in the valley and joins the road from Dunstable to Ivinghoe. The view is exceptional on a good day. The steepest part of the hill is down a law of evidence of his good leg on a motorcycle and a hell of a driver!
There is a bus from Dunstable and Hemel Hemstede and plenty of parking directly in front of the zoo.
The zoo has arrived just a baby elephant and a proud mom

The White Lion is a local landmark famous for. It is carved in the chalk, and you can stroll around the lake. It is in the zoo ... try to find this kind of space in the London Zoo. WhipsnadeE has a lot of space.

After the space, the idea has been to build Whipsnade Zoo.
It was a place to meet the ever-growing collection of London Zoo home.
Whipsnade is operated and owned by the Zoological Society of London, the London Zoo.
Some of the original animals, like camels and giraffes were brought in a train from London to Dunstable, Dunstable crosswise (through the town from the station no longer exists), along the West Street and the zoo, about four miles from this route. .
I have pictures of her in the direction of my local history Dunstable. It's quite a show, were then.

To get an idea of the tremendous opportunities there, and I see Carina.

I went to London Zoo recently not as good as I hoped.

Although it was a fantastic day, I expected more.

Definitely worth a go though. She never went to another.
